Terms of Use

Before creating a Pulsar account, purchasing a license or using the client, carefully review your rights, responsibilities and the enforcement risks relating to your game account.

Important risk summary

SpaceAces’ official rules expressly prohibit external software, tools or scripts that provide an unfair competitive advantage, including botting and autolocking, and state that offending accounts may be permanently banned.

Using Pulsar may lead to warnings, restrictions, rollbacks, temporary suspension or a permanent ban of your game account, device or related accounts. No safe usage duration, undetectability or immunity from enforcement is guaranteed.

1. Parties, scope and definitions

These Terms govern use of the trpulsar.com website, Pulsar desktop client, license keys, user dashboard, downloads and support services. “Pulsar” means the independent software service provider; “User” means a person who creates an account or uses the service; and “License” means time-limited access to the client.

2. SpaceAces rules and enforcement risk

The SpaceAces EULA prohibits creating, using or distributing bots, hacks, exploits and software that affects the game in any way. It also states that use may be monitored to prevent cheating and abuse, and attempts to bypass security measures may result in suspension or termination.

Player reports, repetitive movement, unusual or very long uninterrupted activity, regularly timed behavior, game updates and server-side checks may increase review or detection risk. None of these creates an official or safe threshold.

3. User decision and account responsibility

The decision to install or run Pulsar, which account to use and for how long is entirely the User’s. The User knowingly accepts the risks of account closure, rollback of progress/honor/experience, loss of virtual currency or items, device or related-account enforcement and loss of game access.

A User may bind only accounts they own or are expressly authorized to use. Unauthorized use of another person’s account, credentials or license key is prohibited.

4. Age and legal capacity

The User represents that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian; any higher age requirement under local law applies.

5. Web account and email verification

Registration information must be accurate, current and belong to the User. Username and email cannot be changed directly by the User for security and license-integrity reasons; corrections may be handled through support after identity and account-security checks.

Email verification is required before account access and before the free trial begins. The User is responsible for password and session confidentiality and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

6. Free trial, license and bound account

A one-time 3-hour free trial is added when the email is successfully verified for the first time. A person may not attempt to obtain multiple trials through additional emails, accounts, devices or related information.

Paid license periods are 7, 14 and 28 days. When a license key is redeemed, its time is added to the current expiration date and the primary access key remains unchanged. The license is personal, limited, non-transferable and may not be resold.

A license may be bound to only one game account at a time. The binding may be reset from the user dashboard once every 12 hours; this may be restricted during security, abuse or technical reviews.

7. Purchase, pricing, payment and digital delivery

The package duration, total price, taxes, payment method and any additional charges are displayed before payment confirmation. The button creating a payment obligation is clearly identified. The User must review package details and pre-contract information before payment.

The license key or account access is delivered electronically. If the payment provider declines the transaction, a chargeback occurs, fraud is suspected or payment is reversed, the license may be withheld, suspended or cancelled.

8. Withdrawal, refunds and mandatory consumer rights

Under Turkish distance-contract rules, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, statutory exceptions may apply to services performed immediately in electronic form and intangible digital content delivered immediately where performance begins with the User’s express consent before the withdrawal period expires.

Where required, separate express consent must be obtained for immediate performance and the relevant withdrawal exception. Mandatory consumer rights concerning defective service, incorrect packages, duplicate payment or other legally refundable situations remain unaffected. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Prohibited use and abuse

Sharing or selling licenses; bypassing account-binding limits; circumventing security, authentication, reCAPTCHA or rate limits; reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying packages; malware, automated requests, scraping, DDoS or unauthorized-access attempts are prohibited.

The User may not use Pulsar to harm third parties, steal accounts, commit payment fraud, attack systems outside the game or for any other unlawful purpose.

10. Service security and account protection

Pulsar may process session, IP, device/client version, failed-login, license-activation and account-binding logs for security and abuse prevention. The User may not interfere with security controls.

Additional verification may be required and access may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity, multiple accounts, key sharing, unusual location/device changes or automated attacks are detected.

11. Updates, maintenance and compatibility

SpaceAces updates may cause the client to stop working temporarily or permanently. Pulsar may change or remove features or require updates for security, maintenance, compatibility, performance or legal reasons.

Uninterrupted access, a specific uptime percentage, specific earnings, a specific in-game outcome or compatibility with every hardware/software configuration is not promised.

12. Suspension and termination

The web account and license may be temporarily or permanently suspended for breach of these Terms, payment problems, license fraud, security threats, harm to the service, abuse of support staff or legal requirements.

The User may request account closure. Closure initiates deletion of personal data except records that must legally be retained; refunds for unused license time are available only where required by law or separately approved.

13. Independent product, trademarks and third-party services

Pulsar is independent software and is not created, supported or endorsed by, or affiliated with, SpaceAces, its developers, publishers or rights holders. The SpaceAces name and game terminology are used only for compatibility and descriptive purposes; relevant marks belong to their owners.

Payment, email, reCAPTCHA, hosting or download services may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms.

14. No warranty

Pulsar is provided “as available.” No guarantee is given for undetectability, elimination of ban risk, uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific NPC/box/gate outcomes, specific earnings or preservation of the game account.

Radar, statistics and numeric values shown in promotional interfaces may be illustrative; actual results vary by account, map, hardware, connection, game version and User settings.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pulsar is not liable for game-account enforcement, loss of virtual items/currency/progress, loss of opportunity or income, third-party outages or indirect consequences. Enforcement by the game does not by itself mean that the Pulsar service is defective.

This clause does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or other liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

16. Personal data and records

The web account processes username, email, password hash, verification status, license and transaction records. accountId, in-game username and, where available, heroEntityId may be stored to enforce single-account binding. No character dashboard or continuous game telemetry is uploaded to this website.

Purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and data-subject rights must be explained in a separate privacy/KVKK notice. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute marketing consent.

17. Intellectual property and license limits

Rights in the Pulsar software, website design, logo, code, documentation and licensing infrastructure belong to Pulsar or its licensors. The User receives only limited personal access during the license period; no ownership is transferred.

18. Support and electronic notices

Support may request reproduction steps, client version and necessary technical logs. Support does not guarantee avoidance of game enforcement or recovery of in-game losses.

Account, license, security, maintenance and Terms updates may be communicated by email, the user dashboard or a site notice. The User is responsible for monitoring communications.

19. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated because of service, security, game-rule or legal changes. Material changes will be announced by reasonable means before taking effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to mandatory law.

20. Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer provisions and non-waivable rights arising from the User’s residence, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts according to applicable monetary thresholds.

21. Severability, entire agreement and contact

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, together with purchase pre-information, the privacy/KVKK notice and relevant package descriptions, form the contractual framework for the service.

Service and account requests: destek@trpulsar.com. The seller/provider’s legal name, physical address, tax and other mandatory details must be fully published in the Pre-Contract Information and Contact sections before live sales.

22. Electronic acceptance and version

Selecting the mandatory checkbox and clicking “Create Account” confirms that you have read, understood and electronically accepted these Terms. Acceptance time, Terms version, IP and security record may be stored for evidence and account security.
